Women’s Golf Releases 2022-23 Schedule

TUCSON, Ariz. – Head coach Laura Ianello and the Arizona Women’s Golf program have released their 2022-23 schedule, which includes nearly a dozen regular season events. The schedule will see the Wildcats travel to a variety of marquee golf courses throughout the country before closing out the spring in the Pac-12 footprint.

“We build our schedule every year with a focus on challenging and preparing our team throughout the year,” said head coach Laura Ianello. “This season’s schedule includes some new events for us, which will be exciting for us to experience. We have a blend of decorated returners and talented newcomers on our roster, and our schedule will be a great opportunity for all our student-athletes to compete , improve and grow as golfers.”

Arizona’s Fall slate includes participation in events hosted by Vanderbilt, Northwestern and Kansas before the Wildcats’ annual trip to Hawai’i for the Pac-12 Preview.

The Cats will begin the new year in central Arizona at the Superstition Challenge, which marks the first of five events in California and Arizona. Mixed in with local tournaments are the Guadalajara FMG Tournament in Mexico and a return trip to the east with the Gator Invitational in Florida.

The Pac-12 Championships will be hosted at Papago Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona during the third week of April in the conference championship’s return to the state of Arizona for the first time since 2017.
