Being able to tell which teams will be most effective in their trades and who is most likely to win now is a never-ending debate.

That’s why, for the ranking, we have used Dunks and Threes’ data and their win estimates for this season.

There are three teams that look like they will be showing the most improvement and they are the Los Angeles Clippersthe Denver Nuggets and the New Orleans Pelicans.

But which teams have changed the most during the off-season?

Out: Danilo Gallinari, Kevin Huerter, Delon Wright, Gorgui Dieng and Sharife Cooper

4. Philadelphia 76ers

Despite not making many changes, or bringing in any stars, the 76ers have bolstered the team with just enough to be more of a contender than they were last year.

5. Minnesota Timberwolves
