“Wasn’t Weird at All” – When Jennifer Lopez Floored MLB Legend Alex Rodriguez by Resembling His Ex-Flame Madonna to Ring in Halloween

Former Yankee champion, Alex Rodriguez, started dating pop icon Jennifer Lopez in 2017. Two years down the line, the couple got engaged. All throughout their relationship, J-Rod perpetually gained the public eye. However, they tackled their way through this perpetual scrutiny and made one of the most wholesome couple in North America.

Analogous to that, in an interview in 2020, Jennifer Lopez explained her 2020 Halloween dress-up choice. And how the choice triggered no awkwardness with her then-fiance, Alex Rodriguez.

Notably, after Alex Rodriguez’s marriage with Cynthia Scurtis came to an end, the Yankee slugger was involved in multiple relationships with high-profile women across the States. Amongst them was Madonna. A-Rod and Madonna had a rumored fling in 2008.

At the 2020 Halloween party, JLo dressed up as Madonna while A-Rod went as Bruce Springsteen.

In an interview with ET, JLo spoke about how her character choice wasn’t awkward at all given the fact that the Madonna-ARod relationship was over many years ago.

While talking about that, Jennifer Lopez said, “It wasn’t weird at all. I loved it.” On the night of the party, A-Rod also uploaded a picture with Jennifer Lopez on his Instagram handle.

A-Rod and JLo: How did their alluring love story come to an end?

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez, despite a four-year-long relationship that found a place in everyone’s heart, had to call it quits after two postponed marriages. Palpably, the lockdown wasn’t very friendly to the wholesome J-Rod couple. And eventually, in April 2021, after being engaged for two years, the couple officially announced the end of their engagement. The official reason cited by the couple was that the relationship had run its course.

Ever since their breakup, mega sensation Jennifer Lopez has gotten back together with her ex-fiance, Ben Affleck. The couple got engaged 20 years after their first relationship concluded and got married in July 2022. A-Rod on the other hand started dating fitness trainer Kathryne Padgett in December 2021. However, their relationship, gradually, came to an end as well.

Now, A-Rod is being spotted with Jaclyn Cordeiro, who is a fitness influencer.
