Gravitas Group, a UK-based recruitment company, acquired R2 Group, a technology recruitment company based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, that has a turnover of EUR 8 million.
The acquisition of R2 comes after Grativa’s September 2022 appointment of Kurt Schreurs as its chief revenue officer and the company’s expansion into Germany with a new Munich office headed by Guido Sieber.
Gravitas’ acquisition of R2 further expands the company’s presence in Europe, bringing its global footprint to eight offices in five countries.

Joining Gravitas’ leadership team in the deal includes R2 founder Rick van Eeden and R2 managing partners Jurriaan van Leeuwen and Mark Priems.
