Tech Data Australia has announced the launch of the new Go-to Hub for Microsoft Partners, which helps enable strategic growth partners via access to Microsoft solutions and support.
“With an established team of local experts, backed by the resources of a global Fortune 500 company, Tech Data already offers Australian Microsoft partners one-on-one guidance and a huge range of programs and tools. Our newly launched online hub is the first step in consolidating all these resources into one central destination for partners to quickly and easily find the help they need, when they need it,” says Shaun Canavan, Microsoft Business Manager at Tech Data.
The hub is phase one of a long-term commitment from Tech Data to build a supportive ecosystem to help Australia’s Microsoft partners cut through the complexity and grow their businesses.
“At Tech Data, we understand that it takes a village to grow your business. That’s why we’re so excited to launch this hub to grow value across the Microsoft partner ecosystem. By working together with Tech Data, Microsoft and our diverse network, partners can help their business and customers thrive,” adds Nicholas Jamsek, Tech Data’s Cloud Business Unit Leader.
Jamsek says capitalizing on today’s emerging opportunities is the goal.
“We know that Microsoft partners are enjoying strong growth, but it’s not without challenges. The surge in cloud, work anywhere, security threats and skills shortages make it hard to keep up. We’re focused on helping partners meet the new demands of work across hybrid cloud, security and digital workforce. These three strategic plays align directly with Microsoft’s own go to market strategy.”
With a proven Australian team backed by a global reach of 22,000 staff across more than 42 countries, Tech Data’s hub and ecosystem help partners more easily adapt to the evolving market.
Powered by the core cloud and hybrid work solutions of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Security, Tech Data helps partners at every stage of the growth cycle.
The partners can strategize, and work together to plan, design and deploy long-term growth strategies. They can achieve fast-track results with a unique range of pre-configured cloud tools, technology and accelerator programs.
The partners can access marketing kits, demos, proofs of concept and ready-built solutions. There is also the advantage of hands-on consulting, 24/7 tech support, advice, training and a knowledge base.
Tech Data has a close strategic relationship with Microsoft in Australia and globally, having been named Microsoft Global Indirect Partner of the Year in 2022 for the second year running and Microsoft Global Partner of the Year in four out of the last five years.
The Australian-based Tech Data for Microsoft team is committed to tailoring a strategic approach for every partner in our ecosystem. Tech Data’s global footprint enables it to connect partners with the best of the best in strategic relationships, capabilities, knowledge and technology.
Jamsek says that Tech Data plans to steadily build and develop the hub with input from Microsoft partners. “This is a step towards a collaborative community that connects growth partners, vendors and experts from across the sector, and we have a lot more planned. We encourage Microsoft partners to help us build this hub into their go-to destination by telling us what resources and support they need to grow by completing our short survey on the hub.”
