Arizona sportsbooks offer numerous ways for bettors to wager:

Money Line: Bet a team to win its game outright with no point spread. Betting a +150 underdog on the money line, for example, would produce a $150 profit per $100 wagered.

Spread: Oddsmakers offer a point spread for most game matchups in order to make the game a fairly equal betting proposition. For example, it’s common to see football games with a three-point spread in order to provide fairer odds for both sides than the money line.

Over-Under: Football is the most bet-on sport in Arizona, so knowing how to place an over-under bet is important. If Caesars Sportsbook Arizona sets the over-under for a game between Arizona and Los Angeles at 49, bettors can choose whether the combined total of the teams’ points will be greater or less than 49. Generally this wager offers both sides similar odds.

Team Futures: There are different season-long bets in each sport offered to bettors. From outright league titles to division and conference bets, there are plenty of ways to invest in teams for the entire season. One advantage of team futures is that they generally come at more generous odds for bettors compared to individual games. These bets are usually available throughout the season as well.

Teasers: This bet gives gamblers the option to add points on to a spread or over/under wager, notably four or six points to give the bettor’s side a better chance to cover the spread. Teasers generally are grouped similar to parlays although the customer has a significantly better chance of winning despite worse payout odds given by the sportsbook.

Live Betting: If an event has already started, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s closed for betting. Bettors are available to bet most events from start into the final stanza although odds movement can fluctuate wildly depending on the results of the event.
