Vakaloudis congratulated all businesses for uniting with them to combat the plight of homelessness.

“SOJO Business & Tourism and its members are honored to partner with JHN (Johannesburg Homelessness Network) this year to establish a shelter with skill development in Johannesburg’s south,” said Vakaloudis.

Mary Lyn Gillett-de Klerk, the vice chairperson of JHN and the owner and founder of the Johannesburg Organization of Services to the Homeless (Josh), said the goal of the program is to transform the homeless into homeowners.

“Thank you to the sponsors Gold Reef City, Thaba Eco Hotel, BodyTec, Centurion Golf Club, Royal Johannesburg & Kensington Golf Club, Restonic, Mobimed, Leap of Faith Creations, Absolutely Water, Lattelicious, Robot Hardware, Zwartkop Country Club, Mall of the South, Del Forno Mall of the South, Johannesburg Expo Centre, Group 1 JAC, Chester Finance and Ammil Gin.
