SAN JOSE, Calif. – SJSU men’s soccer opens the season against CSU Bakersfield on Thursday at 7 pm at the Spartan Soccer Complex. The game can be streamed on the WAC Network and tickets can be purchased here.
FIRST TOUCHES
- Angel Iniguez and Finlay Wood scored goals for the Spartans during the two exhibition games
- CSU Bakersfield was 0-3-0 during the exhibition season
- SJSU tallied 29 shots, 12 on goal in two exhibition matches while the Roadrunners tallied 31 shots, 10 on goal in three exhibition matches

Due to construction, there is very limited bleacher seating within the Spartan Soccer Complex. Those not interested in navigating first-come, first-served bleacher seating are encouraged to bring portable or beach chairs that can be placed outside the field’s chain link fence perimeter.
