Predicting ratings for every Chicago Bulls player in NBA 2K23

With the Chicago Bulls once again on the come-up, one of the most fun aspects of rooting for a winning team is playing with them. You’ll be able to suit up as your favorite players from this year’s team soon enough on September 8, when NBA 2K23 releases.

Michael Jordan was even announced to once again be the cover athlete for the fourth time in the upcoming game, a fitting decision considering the number of this year’s edition. Here’s a look at how the Chicago Bulls might look in the newest entry of the incredibly popular video game franchise.

With one of the best teams in recent memory and MJ on two different covers of NBA 2K23, this year’s edition should be fun for Chicago Bulls fans.

Centers

Andre Drummond: 80 (-1)

Although he was rated slightly higher at the end of last season, I could see his acceptance of yet another bench role may negatively affect Andre Drummond’s public perception. Still, he’s far too singularly talented of a rebounder to get knocked down too far.

Marko Simonovic: 70

Until Mark Simonovic can prove that he deserves quality NBA minutes and earns a rotational role, I don’t expect too much movement on this front for his rating. That being said, a promising showing in the Las Vegas Summer League could be indicative of his real-life development.

Nikola Vucevic: 81 (-2)

Posting his worst season in the last five years and soon set to turn 32 years old in October, I don’t expect the team over at 2K to treat Nikola Vucevic too kindly in the next iteration of their game. This rating will grant Drummond a decent shot at fighting for the starting role, which may not be too far removed from reality if Vooch doesn’t have a bounce-back season here.

Tony Bradley: 75

Tony Bradley has become a decent reserve big in the NBA, and his rating reflects that. I don’t expect much major change in his rating, but now that he’s been buried to third in the depth chart and failed to attract a larger offer than his player option in free agency, it could hurt his perceived value in 2K as well as real life.
