The 12 remaining players for the 2023 Honda NHL All-Star Game will be announced Thursday during the first intermission of the game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Edmonton Oilers (9 pm ET; ESPN, SNW, SN NOW).
The 12 players — one goalie and two skaters in each of the four divisions — were determined by the 2023 NHL All-Star Fan Vote presented by Guaranteed Rate, which ran from Jan. 5-17.
A portion of the fan vote was a Twitter vote, which ran from Jan. 12-14.
The initial rosters for the Honda NHL All-Star Weekend were selected by the NHL hockey operations department, which chose one player from each of the 32 NHL teams. They were revealed Jan. 5.

The All-Star Game will take place at FLA LIVE Arena on Feb. 4 (3 p.m. ET; ABC, ESPN+, CBC, SN, TVAS). The All-Star Skills presented by DraftKings Sportsbook will take place Feb. 3 (7 p.m. ET; ESPN, ESPN+, SN, TVAS).
The All-Star Game will feature a three-game tournament, played in a 3-on-3 format and showcasing teams from each NHL division. Each of the four teams will include nine skaters and two goalies.
Rod Brind’Amour of the Carolina Hurricanes (Metropolitan Division), Jim Montgomery of the Boston Bruins (Atlantic Division), Peter DeBoer of the Dallas Stars (Central Division) and Bruce Cassidy of the Vegas Golden Knights (Pacific Division) were selected as coaches. . Their teams had the best points percentage in their respective divisions through games of Jan. 11, when the NHL reached the official midpoint of the season.
