New Sixers addition Trevelin Queen scores 42 points, wins MVP of Brunson League

Everybody around the NBA is currently getting their final workouts in as they prepare for the upcoming grind of the 2022-23 season so now is the time to get in some pro-ams and get in some work out on the floor against some good competition.

Trevelin Queen, a new Sixers addition at the outset of free agency, participated in the Brunson League out in Maryland on Saturday and he had himself a big day.

Queen scored 42 points and took home Brunson League MVP honors to lead his time to the title. This comes after he took home G League MVP honors with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and led them to the G League title in 2022.

Queen played 10 games for the Houston Rockets in the 2021-22 season and the hope for him is that he will be able to make an impact and earn a spot in the rotation for the Sixers in the 2022-23 season. He has the skills, the athleticism, and the toughness to be able to make an impact in this league.
