Shaggy fabrics, dynamic duos and a pair of pants that might make you reminiscent of your younger days… we’ve got all that and more in this week’s NBA Style Rankings.
By now, each team in the NBA has played at least 41 games, marking the halfway point of the season. We’re far enough along to know who the ranking veterans are, but there are still more newcomers making an appearance each week.
Let’s get into the fits this past week brought:

Cunningham opted for season-ending surgery on a left shin that had been giving him problems since last season. But that doesn’t mean he can’t support his team in style.
The second-year guard is rocking a black Louis Vuitton Class of 2022 letterman jacket. The black throughout the rest of his fit accentuates the gray stitching on the jacket. Cunningham added a couple of Cuban link chains that work well with this fit.
Cunningham averaged career highs in points, rebounds and assists through 12 games before being sidelined for the season.

Haliburton took a break from his business-casual looks to show Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers some love. Although Green Bay did not reach the playoffs this season, Rodgers’ jersey is still one of the most well known in football. The Pacers guard was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wis., roughly an hour south of Green Bay, so this allegiance makes sense.
He found a forest green hoodie to put under the jersey that matches perfectly.

Monk is back in the rankings this week with possibly the only pink grill we’ll see all season. He was tactful in the color choice of his grill, as it flows well with the pink in his button-down shirt and shoes. His chains even have splashes of color.
The Kings are exceeding expectations, and Monk’s charisma and personality, shown here, are big reasons why. He’s averaging career highs in points and assists in a vital role off the bench.

Rozier’s debut is long overdue, and it’s all in the jacket here — that is, until you see the patches on his pants. His black jacket with colored rings hails from Jaden Smith’s brand, MSFTSrep. The jeans are Evisu and loaded with patches in the back.
Rozier took a bit of a risk, as there are various colors at play, but they all tie into one another.

Jackson is supporting Russell Westbrook’s Honor the Gift brand for the second time in these rankings, wearing the brand’s white crewneck. His pants provide an interesting contrast to the crewneck, as the base color is black with white designs throughout.
Jackson is another player this week averaging career highs, this time in rebounds and blocks.

The three-time All-Star’s green cardigan isn’t far off from Boston’s green, and he paired it with dark denim jeans with multicolored butterflies. Some of the butterflies even have a similar green to his cardigan.
Tatum has a couple of diamond chains to complement what looks like his “0” chain, symbolizing his jersey number.
Feeling good. 😎

These pants Antetokounmpo have made me a bit nostalgic, as they remind me of my grandparents’ couch growing up. I never imagined this design would look so cool on pants.
Antetokounmpo was well aware of their vibrance, and all he needed was the white shirt and Black Chuck Taylors to complete the fit. To add, I’ll always acknowledge a nice watch like this.

Quickley’s letterman jacket made him an undeniable choice. This jacket is yellow, but the lighting in the photo gives it more of an orange look. The Knicks guard found sky blue lettering on the left sleeve to match his Nike Dunks.
Letterman jackets and Nike Dunks are a common theme from week to week, but that combination is rarely pulled off as well as it is here.

Another regular in the rankings, Brown found one of the most eye-catching sweaters so far. The blue fabric is intentionally shaggy (mohair, according to the photo), which makes this an impressive look. Brown added cream-colored breakaway pants, Air Force 1s and a black Louis Vuitton duffle bag as accessories.

Dort caps off an impressive week of jackets with one of his best. The tan and brown streaks down the jacket and Timberland boots remind me of 1990s Coogi sweaters. His brown suede sweats add to the ’90s allure.
Gilgeous-Alexander, cousin of Nickeil Alexander-Walker and another ranking vet, wore a white and blue cardigan that has a similar shaggy look to what we saw with Brown. The light denim makes it easy for the cardigan to be the focal point.
