NBA 2K has been a staple within sporting games since the series took the reigns from NBA Live as the premier destination for basketball fans.

“VC stands for Virtual Currency, which you can earn throughout the various game modes in NBA 2K22 to spend on a wide variety of content throughout the game. VC is spent within the game store, on things like (just to name a few items):
MyPLAYER attributes.
Virtual goods (such as uniforms and equipment).
Apparel.
Animation packages that grant your character new moves to perform.
VC can be spent in many game modes, including MyCAREER (for apparel, signature animation packages and more), MyTEAM (for opening packs and more), and MyGM.
There are several ways to earn VC, including playing online matches or progressing through the MyCAREER mode when you’re connected to the internet.”
Players can earn VC by simply playing the game or purchasing bundles within their respective online stores.

NBA 2K23 – How To Earn VC Fast
Besides the temptation to spend your own money on additional VC, there are some easier and cheaper methods to get some VC fast.
Some main ways players have figured out to earn the most VC include the following.
Playing Games. Playing on higher difficulties always yields the most VC. Ante-Up Matches. This is where you can place bets with your on VC and duke it out with other players in a showdown. Daily login rewards. City Quests for MyCareer. Pro-Am Games.
As you can see, the primary way to earn VC is within 2K is to play the game. If you’re feeling risky, you can match up against other players within Ante-Up Showdowns.
However, be warned, players tend to enter these matches with very high OVR MyPlayer’s, so unless your player is highly rated, there’s a decent chance you’ll be entering into a mismatch.
Another way players tend to get a head start on VC early on within 2K’s annual cycle is to pre-order the game. Each tier of the game comes with some additional VC for players to spend right away, and most of the time, it’s a decent amount to get your MyPlayer to a sizeable OVR.
