The Giants have had an offseason to remember for all the wrong reasons. However, they did make one move that has stolen the hearts of baseball fans by agreeing to a three-year contract with reliever Taylor Rogers, who will join his twin brother, Tyler, in the San Francisco bullpen. Once the deal becomes official, of course.

When the news spread of the identical Rogers twins uniting in the Bay Area, MLB Twitter seemed to enjoy picturing both players coming out of manager Gabe Kapler’s bullpen at Oracle Park next season.

Yes, the Giants missed out on superstars Carlos Correa and Aaron Judge this winter. That storyline will follow the franchise throughout the season, especially when the Giants open their 2023 schedule at Yankee Stadium and play Correa and the New York Mets three weeks later.
