Who is starting for the Mets?

Carlos Carrascowho is coming off back-to-back strong starts against the Phillies and Cubs.

After struggling in his return from the IL, the right-hander has allowed just two runs over his last two outings. He’s thrown 6+ innings while striking out four and recording a win in each start.

Carrasco has lowered his ERA to 5.74, and he has a 1.37 WHIP through six starts this season.

Who is starting for the Braves?

Bryce Elderthe 24-year-old right-hander baseball fans are getting to know very quickly.

Through 11 starts this season, Elder has a 1.92 ERA, which currently leads all of baseball. He also has a 1.16 WHIP and 56 strikeouts across 65.2 innings of work.

His last time out, Elder pitched into the eighth inning, holding the Oakland A’s to just one run on five hits while walking three and striking out five in 7.1 innings.
