BERNARDSTON, Mass. – University of Massachusetts baseball and head coach Matt Reynolds announced on Tuesday morning that the program will hold its annual golf outing on Saturday, Sept. 24 at Crumpin-Fox Club.
Everyone is invited for the tournament, always a staple during the Fall and a great way to reconnect with fellow UMass alumni, families and friends of the baseball program. The day begins with lunch at noon before the 1 pm shotgun/scramble. Dinner and awards will conclude the day’s festivities at 6 pm Registration can be completed by following this link ahead of the Friday, Sept. 16 deadline.
Nestled on the eastern edge of the Berkshires and foot of the Green Mountains of Vermont, the par-72 Crumpin-Fox Club was ranked the No. 1 public access course in Massachusetts and No. 3 in New England in 2017 by New England Golf Monthly. The course offers a collection of picturesque holes, including the par-5 eighth which is one of the most memorable in the region.
Individual golf registration with cart, lunch, dinner and a tournament gift is $200 per player. Tickets for dinner only (no golf) can be purchased for $25. Hole and tournament sponsorship opportunities are also available to individuals, families and organizations. Tax deductible gifts are included in all golf and sponsorship fees.
