Intel Evo-certified Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 launched with Core i7-1360P and 4K OLED Dolby Vision PureSight display

The Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 received good praise from us for being the best convertible from Lenovo in 2022. This year, Lenovo is upgrading the Yoga 9i to Intel Raptor Lake-U 28 W processors while still offering a 4K OLED display option in the 14- inch convertible form factor.

The Yoga 9i offers two 14-inch 16:10 60 Hz display options: 4K (3840 x 2400) or 2.8K (2880 x 1800) OLED PureSight touch displays with 100% DCI-P3 coverage, Dolby Vision HDR support, and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. A Lenovo Precision Pen 2 stylus is included in the box.

Once again, we see no discrete GPU option. But Lenovo has upgraded the CPU to the Intel Core i7-1360P. Complementing the Raptor Lake-U processor is 16 GB of LPDDR5-5200 RAM and PCIe Gen 4 storage options up to 1 TB.

Connectivity options include 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports and a USB 3.2 Type-A port on the left and a USB 3.2 Type-C port on the right along with a combo audio jack. Networking needs are handled by a Wi-Fi 6E WLAN card with Bluetooth 5.2.

The Yoga 9i’s hinge region includes a 360° rotating soundbar comprised of four Bowers and Wilkins speakers that are certified for Dolby Atmos. A 75 WHr battery that supports Lenovo Rapid Charge and is rated for up to 14 hours of video playback powers the internals.

The Lenovo Yoga 9i (14″, 8) will be available in Oatmeal and Storm Gray color options from February 2023 at prices starting from €1,999.
