In-home golf simulator technology showroom to open in Poole

  • by

A STATE-of-the-art golf simulator showroom, fitted with the very latest technology, has opened in a first for Dorset.

On Friday, September 23, Living Home Tech is hosting an exclusive event to celebrate the reopening of its newly renovated flagship Poole showroom to showcase their high-end in-home golf simulator.

Living Home Tech started with three brothers and an industry friend back in 2005. At that stage, they had a tiny glass-fronted shop near Sandbanks. Now, they install home cinemas, lighting and smart homes and golf simulators across the UK.

Wes, Wayne and Luke Crutcher, the brothers behind Living Golf Sims, said their new simulator “eliminates stress” and will allow golfers the freedom to concentrate on things like bringing down their handicap.

Executive director Wes said: “Nothing like this has been done before. We are so excited to show people the kinds of spaces we can create. Clients can choose any fairway in the real world and experience it in a way that’s so close to the real thing – just like the professionals.

“We can achieve for the amateur what a pro golfer uses in their training or any top gym in the world, and for the pro, to personalize their system for their own game is seriously impressive. We can’t wait to show it off.”

Fellow director Luke added: “The simulator in our showroom is complete with Cinema Build Systems fabric walls, surround sound, Orluna feature lighting and a fully stocked bar.

“Our luxury golf sims aren’t just the perfect place for our clients to improve their game, they also create the perfect space for them to entertain. We wanted to create a taste of what they could have in their own homes.”

The technology, also used by Sky Sports for their golf coverage, allows users to put their golfing mettle to the test virtually at renowned courses like Augusta in Georgia, Japan’s Akan, or the iconic St Andrews Old course.

The new brand from Living Home Tech will not only allow clients to play these courses, but will help them analyze and dissect their game from the comfort of their own home.

Due to the exclusive nature of the launch event, reservations are essential.
