With various Beats products, knowing how to get your audio device into pairing mode is necessary. It is equally essential for you to locate the Bluetooth setting on your laptop and add your Beats product.

How to Connect Beats to Laptop?

Step 1: Ready Your Beats for Pairing

Knowing its pairing process is one of the most substantial things while pairing your Beats. You can expect a different pairing procedure with a wide variety of Beats products. You need to know your Beats model and follow the steps below to engage your Beats in the pairing mode.

  1. You need to hold the power button on your left earbud.
  2. Release it once the indicator beside the button emits light.

Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Buds, and Powerbeats Pro

  1. First, keep your earbuds inside the case.
  2. Then, leave the case lid open.
  3. Now, look for the button inside the buds case and long press it.
  4. Leave the button when you see the blinking light on the case.

Beats Solo Pro

  1. Power on your Solo Pro by unfolding the headphones. You will see the LED on the right earcup flash.
  2. If you don’t see the LED flash, look for the mode button on the left earcup.
  3. Press the button for around 5 seconds.

  1. Locate the Power button on the bottom part of the right earbuds. You can check the R mark on the earbuds to determine the right earbuds.
  2. Press it for a few seconds until you see all the five Fuel Gauge flash white light.

  2. Release it when you see the indicator flash the light.

  2. You can release it when theb‘ button lights up.

Step 2: Connect Your Beats to Laptop

Once you are through the pairing process on your beats, we will now connect it to the Windows and Mac laptops. For this, your Beats products should have enough charge. Then, bring it closer to your laptop and follow the steps below.

On Windows 10

  1. Press the Windows and X keys together and choose Settings.
  2. Then, go with the Devices option

  4. Now, click the Add Bluetooth or other device option

  5. Here, select the Bluetooth option

On Windows 11

  1. Open the Settings menu by pressing the keyboard’s Windows + I buttons.
  2. On the left panel, select Bluetooth & devices.
  3. Next, toggle on the Bluetooth option

  6. Finally, select the device name on the screen.

On Mac

  1. First, click the Apple menu icon from the topmost left of the screen.
  2. Choose the System Preferences option from the list.

How to Disconnect and Remove Beats from Laptop?

On Windows 10

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Then, select the device from the I hear section
  3. Press the Remove the device option

On Windows 11

  1. Head to the Bluetooth & devices menu.
  2. Select Devices.
  3. Now, click the Three ellipses (…) next to the device name.
  4. Then, press the Remove the device button

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings menu.
  2. Now, move the cursor to the audio device and select it.
  3. After that, hit Remove
