Dan Alessi shot a scratch 31, three shots better than Jeff Nelson, to lead the way in the Gene Andolina League at Vineyards Golf Course.
Alessi also recorded the low handicap score with a 31, one shot in front of Tom McTigue.
Recording scratch skins were Nelson with an eagle on No. 2, Zeke Curtain with an eagle on No. 4 and Alessi with an eagle on No. 7.
Recording handicap skins were Bob Trip on No. 1, Zeke Curtain on No. 4, Alessi on No. 7 and Tim Wozniak on No. 8. Phil Kleeberger (No. 5) and John Wiedenhofer (No. 9) were closest to the pin.
