SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – The Arizona Fall League’s (AFL) 29th AFL Championship Game, will be played between the Glendale Desert Dogs and the Surprise Saguaros at 6:00 pm MT (8:00 pm ET), tonight Saturday, November 12th, at Scottsdale Stadium. This game will broadcast LIVE on MLB Network with Scott Braun (play-by-play), Dan O’Dowd (analyst) and Jim Callis (analyst) on the call.
The Desert Dogs roster includes players from the Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers and the Chicago White Sox organizations. The Saguaros roster features players from the Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, Kansas City Royals and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations. Between both teams, this championship matchup will feature six top-100 prospects (according to MLB Pipeline), including Andy Pages, Noelvi Marte, Matt McLain, Henry Davis, Quinn Priester and Arizona native Nick Gonzales.
Managers Mickey Storey (Houston Astros organization) of Surprise and Justin Jirschele (Chicago White Sox organization) of Glendale, along with their respective coaching staffs, will manage tonight’s championship game.

New playing rules that have been incorporated into the Arizona Fall League this season will be in play during Saturday’s Championship Game, including larger bases, defensive positioning restrictions, and pitch timer. The ABS challenge system will not be used.
