The Philadelphia Flyers announced today its 2022 Training Camp schedule and roster which will begin Thursday, Sept. 22 at The Flyers Training Center in Voorhees, NJ, according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.
A total of 71 players are currently scheduled to attend training camp – 41 forwards, 22 defensemen and eight goaltenders. Flyers will have five players at camp on professional try-outs (PTO): Artem Anisimov, Nolan Maier, Pat Nagle, Antoine Roussel and Tyler Wall. A full roster is attached to this release.
The players will be sorted into four groups for three of the first four days, featuring on-ice and off-ice sessions. Friday, Sept. 23 and Sunday, Sept. 25 will feature scrimmages between the groups. Each day’s players in the groups will be posted on PhiladelphiaFlyers.com and the team’s social media channels.

On Saturday, Sept. 24, the Flyers will begin their 2022 preseason schedule with a game against the Boston Bruins at 7 pm at the Wells Fargo Center. All the Flyers preseason home games and the Saturday, Oct. 1 at Boston (1 pm ET) contest will be broadcast on NBCSP+. All the preseason games will also be aired on 97.5 The Fanatic.
