Burrito restaurant coming to Mobile

Market by the Bay on US 98 in Daphne has been sold to Harry Johnson, Chef Mike Sullivan and Garrett DeLuca and the building will be remodeled and open in September. The new owners will keep the name and expand the concept. The seafood market and restaurant was owned by Daphne Mayor Robin Lejeune.

Gulf Coast Crazy King Burrito has leased 1,200 square feet of space in Dauphin Square Shopping Center at 3220 Dauphin St., in Mobile, and plans to open in September, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties. This will be the third US location for the Cozumel, Mexico-based franchise. The other restaurants are located in Beavercreek, OH., and Stevensville, MI.

An investor paid $200,000 for a stand-alone office building at 2463 Eslava Creek Parkway in Mobile, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. The purchase includes 2,676 square feet of office space and a 1,200-square-foot warehouse.

ActiGraph has leased the third and fourth floors of the Regions Bank building at 70 N. Baylen St., in Pensacola, FL., according to Kyle Knight and Jason Scott of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. The office space totals 20,333 square feet. ActiGraph provides medical-grade wearable technology solutions for clinical research.

Watch for Sunset Point subdivision on Sunset Drive off Windmill Ridge Road in Gulf Shores. The 1.26 acres will feature four single-family lots along Little Lagoon.
