Buffalo Sabers Host NHL Prospects Challenge This Week

Happy Monday: there’s Buffalo Sabers hockey happening this week!

Well, sort of. The team’s annual Prospects Challenge returns to LECOM Harborcenter later this week, with prospects from five other NHL clubs also taking part.

This year’s round-robin challenge will also feature prospects from the Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, New Jersey Devils, Ottawa Senators and Pittsburgh Penguins.

Game Schedule

Here’s the schedule, with Sabers games in bold. Admission is $10 per ticket. The three Sabers games will be streamed for the local broadcast market on the team’s website – so blackout restrictions may apply.

(As an aside, the Devils have typically broadcast their games in this tournament on Twitter.)
