Bell Let’s Talk to sponsor Tebey Golf Classic

Bell Let’s Talk will be the presenting sponsor for this year’s Tebey Golf Classic the GPHSF, Your Family Health Team Foundation announced this week.

The Tebey Golf Classic has raised more than $175,000 to support youth mental health services in the Peterborough area, primarily through YES Shelter for Youth and Families and Peterborough Youth Services.

“The Tebey Golf Classic has always been about making impactful change on a local and personal level within the Peterborough community,” stated Vince Bierworth, executive director for the GPHSF, Your Family Health Team Foundation, in a press release.

“We are excited to have Bell Let’s Talk as a major supporter of this event and initiative, complementing Tebey’s personal commitment to supporting youth mental health.”

“As someone who has expressed my own challenges with mental health well-being over the years, it’s really important to me to support initiatives in this area of ​​health services,” stated Tebey, a Nashville-based country music artist and songwriter who grew up in Peterborough.

“I am especially proud to give back to these organizations who provide essential and valuable assistance in my hometown area of ​​Peterborough.”

The tournament will be held at Wildfire Golf Club in the late spring. Once again, the event will be supporting the youth mental health services provided by Peterborough Youth Services and YES Shelter for Youth and Families. Full tournament details will be officially announced early March.
