The Bearden striker is a two-time Region 2-AAA Player of the Year, a two-time all-state honoree and was a 2022 United Soccer Coaches All-American selection. This season, the East Tennessee State signee had 27 goals and eight assists.

Nordin is the third Knoxville area athlete to be named a Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year, joining Farragut softball’s Elsa Morrison and Pigeon Forge baseball’s Dylan Loy.
