Ducks and Angels fly together as well, apparently.

The Los Angeles Angels welcomed some members of the Anaheim Ducks on Friday for a little hanging out and batting practice.

The Angels, who play their home games at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, hosted a handful of their hockey counterparts and really rolled out the red carpet.

The Ducks shared a new cool-looking combined logo of the teams.

Ducks players in attendance included forwards Adam Henrique, Max Comtois, Derek Grant, Max Jones, Chase De Leo and defensemen John Klingberg, Jamie Drysdalealong with goalie Anthony Stolarz.

Drysdale and Klingberg got their arms loose on the field prior to the Angels game against the Houston Astros.

The Angels gave out some hats featuring the combined logo.

And, on a hockey-themed night, have to make sure no one steps on the logo.

Even Wild Wing joined the team for some pre-game stretching.

The mascot, however, did not fare well inside the cage.

Let’s leave the batting to those with opposable thumbs.
