Former NBA player Andre Miller is finalizing a deal to become the coach of Denver Nuggets G-League affiliate Grand Rapids Gold.

Andre Miller played 17 seasons in the NBA for 9 different teams. After retiring from the game 6 years ago, he is set to have a job in the NBA world.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, Miller is finalizing a deal to become the coach of the Denver Nuggets’ G-League affiliate Grand Rapids Gold.

The former NBA guard will replace another notable guard. Jason Terry, who used to coach the team, has accepted a job with the Utah Jazz.

Miller is the only player in NBA history to have at least 16,000 career points, 8,000 assists and 1,500 steals without making an NBA All-Star Game. He made the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2000 and led the league in assists in 2002.

Miller is currently 12th on the all-time assists list with 8524 throughout his career.
