The Alienware m15 R7 gaming laptop features a 15.6-inch FHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the laptop is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. It also has 16GB DDR5 RAM and 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD storage. There is another variant of m15 R7 that comes with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU and 1TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD storage, with rest of the specs remaining the same.
The Alienware m15 R7 gaming laptop supports Nvidia G-Sync and Advanced Optimus tech for delivering a smooth gameplay experience. Besides these, the display is Dolby Vision certified and the laptop has support for Dolby Atmos to provide spatial audio. The gaming laptop also has a per-key RGB AlienFX backlit keyboard that is customizable via the Alienware Command Center. When it comes to thermals, the Alienware m15 R7 features Cryo-Tech cooling that has power state settings to optimize performance and fan speed based on what you are doing.
