AD/CV News: Lemon Juice, PC Strand, Pipe, Steel Plate, Tin Mill Products

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Lemon juice – final affirmative AD injury determinations on lemon juice from Brazil and South Africa

PC strand – net subsidy rate of 96.33 percent for one company in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey for the period Sept. 21, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021

Pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (under 4.5”) from Japan and Romania would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 106.07 and 14.25 percent, respectively

Steel plate – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Germany for the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Tin mill products – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of tin mill products from Canada, China, Germany, the Netherlands, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Kingdom
