The FedEx Cup playoffs conclude this weekend with the PGA Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.
The most compelling pairing will be No. 1-seed Scottie Scheffler and No. 2 (and defending champion) Patrick Cantlay. Scheffler and Cantlay will start the tournament at 10 and 8 under par, respectively.
Scheffler and Cantlay will tee off last at 2:05 pm ET. Other notable tee times: Jordan Spieth (12:45 pm), Cameron Smith and Rory McIlroy (1:45 pm), and Xander Schauffele and Sam Burns (1:55 pm).
There’s plenty to look forward to in Round 1, but the immediate question is: Can anyone catch Scheffler and BMW Championship winner Cantlay with their respective handicaps? It’s a long weekend, so only time will tell.

How to watch the PGA Tour Championship

NBC and the Golf Channel will combine to broadcast the 2022 PGA Tour Championship. Golf Channel is hosting the first two rounds and morning coverage on Saturday and Sunday, while NBC will provide afternoon broadcast coverage for the last two rounds.
