The Intel 12th generation mobile CPUs have a hybrid architecture that features both performance and efficiency cores. The mobile chip can have up to 14 cores, including 6 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores. The efficiency cores are responsible for light workloads such as word processing and content consumption and held consume less power. This allows for extended battery life. The performance cores kick in when intensive tasks need to be done.
USB 4.0 allows users to connect the laptop to an external display and enables fast data transfer speeds. There are two USB Type-C 4.0 ports and a single USB Type-C 3.0 port. The OneMix4S also has a 3.5mm audio jack and a fingerprint reader for easy login.
