LAKE FOREST, Ill., — Football season continues to be in full swing with NFL training camps and college football programs continuing to prepare for what should be an exciting regular season. The Chicago Bears are no different, as the team continues to look forward to its first season under head coach Matt Eberflus and general manager Ryan Poles. The 2022 season will tell us a lot about the Bears, including the state of the team’s offensive line, a unit that could see some new faces added to the mix next offseason.

For the 2023 NFL Draft, the Bears will have a first-round pick, giving the team a chance to add a day one starter, especially along the offensive line. Key names to watch include Big Ten offensive tackles Paris Johnson Jr. (Ohio State), Peter Skoronski (Northwestern), and Jaelyn Duncan (Maryland). For the interior offensive line, names to watch include Cooper Beebe (Kansas State) and Andrew Voorhees (USC).

For this episode of the Picks For Poles Podcast, hosts Usayd Koshul and Andrew Freeman sat down to discuss some key standouts from the Bears preseason while also looking ahead to some of the top names to monitor along the offensive line for the 2023 NFL Draft.
