YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Don’t put your golf clubs away just yet, because Eastern Michigan University men’s basketball Head Coach Stan Heath is officially inviting you to Eagle Crest Golf Club Friday, Sept. 30, for the return of the EMU Men’s Basketball Golf Outing Presented by United Wholesale Mortgage.
The event, which will take place during EMU’s annual Homecoming festivities, is a must-attend for Eastern basketball fans! Participants will have the opportunity to play alongside revered EMU Basketball alumni spanning six decades, meet the members of this year’s team ahead of their 2022-23 campaign, and spend time with Heath and the rest of the EMU coaching staff.
The fun does not stop there, because following the golfing event, Coach Heath is inviting all participants to visit the George Gervin GameAbove Center for an evening full of fun as the team hosts a “Green and White Scrimmage” inside the arena. More details about this event will be made available at a later date.
Registration for the golf outing is $165 per player, or $650 per team of four. Registration fees include each player’s greens fees, cart fees, driving range access, breakfast, beverages, lunch at the tower, a post-outing meal, and door prizes. For non-golfers, tickets to the lunch portion of the event can be purchased for $85 per seat.
The program is also offering numerous sponsorship opportunities for this year’s event. Sponsors will receive exclusive benefits throughout the event.
