After a 2022 draft with nine selections, Arkansas baseball is looking to continue that momentum into this year’s MLB draft. The draft begins Sunday with the first two rounds. Round 1 will be broadcast on ESPN and MLB Network, while Round 2 will be shown on MLB Network and ESPN+. The remaining rounds will be split over the following two days, with MLB.com and ESPN+ streaming Rounds 3-10 on Monday and Rounds 11-20 on Tuesday.
Leading the way for Arkansas will likely be outfielder Jace Bohrofen. The former Oklahoma transfer broke out with the Razorbacks in 2023, leading Arkansas with 16 home runs while adding a .318 batting average. MLB.com currently has Bohrofen as the No. 66 prospects in this year’s draft class, and could be selected as early as the second round.
Bohrofen is not the only Arkansas prospect ranked in MLB.com’s top 250. Lefthanded pitcher Hunter Hollan (ranked 100th per MLB.com), righthander Jaxon Wiggins (103rd) and outfielder Tavian Josenberger (156th) are all expected to be picked in the second day of the draft.

When it comes to Arkansas commits, the top name on the board is Aidan Miller, an infielder and right-handed pitcher from Mitchell High School in Trinity, Florida, ranked as MLB.com’s 13th-best prospect. Also cracking the top 250 among Arkansas commits is lefthanded pitcher Adam Hachman (ranked 101st) of Timberland High School in Wentzville, Missouri, and catcher Ryder Helfrick (ranked 205th) of Clayton Valley High School in Discovery Bay, California. All three will have to choose between college and professional baseball once they are drafted.
