Eagles’ Jalen Hurts, AJ Brown take batting practice before Phillies matchup vs. Tigers

AJ Brown was once a top Major League Baseball prospect considering playing for the Padres.

Still, Jalen Hurts hit the game-winning homerun at DeVonta Smith’s Celebrity softball game last summer.

The Eagles’ All-Pro quarterback and the star wide receiver sharpened their swings for Round 2 of Smith’s tournament, taking batting practice at Citizen’s Bank Park ahead of the Phillies matchup against the Detroit Tigers.
