Lawrence Hahn Golf Classic offers cash prizes of up to $1M

The Lawrence Hahn Golf Classic returns on Saturday with a 2 pm shotgun start. The annual event, hosted at the Oak Ridge Country Club, benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Oak Ridge.

This unique tournament aims to generate an environment that is fun and competitive. Along with a goodie bag, golfers at this year’s Lawrence Hahn Golf Classic will compete for several high-value prizes.

Each par three hole presents an opportunity to win $15,000 cash, split 50/50 with the foundation. Golfers could even win $1 million, split 50/50 with the foundation, courtesy of sponsor Cook’s Comfort Systems.

The cost per golfer is $150, which includes the round, a goodie bag, an awards meal, and the opportunity for prizes.

The excitement around this year’s tournament is palpable, and sponsorship opportunities are still available. If interested, call the Boys & Girls Club of Oak Ridge at (865) 482-4433. Sponsorships can be accommodated through Thursday, June 8th, while donations will be accepted at any point. Payments and donations can be made in person at the club, located at 102 Jefferson Circle in Oak Ridge.
