Mobiles Found | 18 mobiles worth 6.09 lakh found with minors, Kotwali police action
Nagpur. During the patrolling, 2 minor vicious thieves were found suspicious. On the spot, 18 expensive mobiles were found with him, the total cost of which was estimated at Rs 6,09,000.
According to the information, at around 12 noon in the Kotwari police station area, the patrol party found two minors roaming in suspicious condition near Shraddha Farsan Bhandar located at Ramkular Chowk. Heavy bags were seen with him. When both were stopped and searched on suspicion, the policemen were also surprised. 18 expensive mobiles were found in his bag. Both were taken into custody and brought to the police station.
On technical investigation with the IMEI number of the mobile, it was found that one of the mobiles found with the accused had been stolen at Itwari station and a case has also been registered with the Lohmarg police. The cost of this mobile was Rs 70,000. After this both were arrested and handed over to GRP for the investigation of the said theft.
On the other hand, the technical investigation of the remaining 17 mobiles is also going on. This action was completed by API Navnath Devkate, Ravikant Kathe, Pankaj Bandre, Chandankhede, Ashish Pawar, Vishal Pandey, Vivek Bhoyar, Keshav Paradkar etc. under the guidance of Senior PI Mukund Thackeray, PI Arvind Pawar.
