iPhone 15 with Dynamic Island display enters pre-production testing

Apple finally moved on from (or detached from, rather) the infamous iPhone display notch with the latest 14 series – albeit in its most expensive Pro or Pro Max variants only.

However, the Cupertino giant is tipped to roll the new Dynamic Island technology in question out to the entirety of the upcoming 15 series in 2023.

Now, new images illustrating how this might pan out in reality have emerged. They suggest that, while the vanilla 15 will still have dual rear cameras, it will indeed upgrade to the latest mobile display Apple can offer.

Accordingly, these 2 new renders, posted 1 apiece with the device finished in white and blue respectively to Twitter by Apple Hub and AppleTrack, may be heavily based on current iPhone 14 marketing material; nevertheless, the effect is compelling enough.

Both new images are also accompanied by claims that the newly notchless 15 (and not, interestingly enough, the 15 Plus) has entered a phase of development that might be followed by full-scale mass production of the new base-model flagship smartphone.

Therefore, it is possible that the current 14 could be made to look that much more depreciated far sooner than it might have liked.
