Beyond a shadow of a doubt, Aaron Judge is the top free agent available on the market this offseason.

After a historic 62-home run season, which led him to break a record that had stood since 1961, Judge has reached free agency for the first time in his career.

As expected, rumors are swirling about the American League MVP.

The 30-year-old slugger is expected to have a ton of suitors this offseason, with the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants being among them.

But another team could emerge as a possibility.

The Los Angeles Dodgers may have a fit for him, and on MLB Network’s morning Hot Stove show, Jon Morosi explained why.

Could Judge Be A Fit In LA?

It’s easy to forget that early in his career, Mookie Betts played a little second base while with the Boston Red Sox.

Of course, it was not his regular position, but given that information, a spot may be open for Judge in Los Angeles.

It might be risky to move Betts out of right field, but the Dodgers could also move Gavin Lux to shortstop to replace Trea Turner, should he depart.

That would leave right field open for Judge.

As is the case with most key free agents, the Dodgers are expected to be in on the slugger.

A lineup that features Judge, Betts, Freddie Freeman, Max Muncy, and Chris Taylor would be a pitcher’s worst nightmare.

Judge would make the Dodgers instant favorites to win the World Series if they were to sign him.
