80 new jobs at tech start-ups incl

Tech-start up inclusio has announced plans to create 80 jobs following a €6.2m funding investment from Enterprise Ireland and leading venture capitalists.

inclusio is a digital platform used by organizations to help drive improvements in diversity and inclusion within their workforce.

It combines technology, behavioral science and psychology to provide a scientific approach to workplace diversity and inclusion.

The 80 new jobs will be created in the next 18-24 months and include roles in technology, sales and marketing.

The jobs will be based at inclusio’s Dublin headquarters and will add to its current base of 35 employees.

Existing customers using inclusio’s platform include Sodexo, RSA Insurance Ireland, 123.ie, FBD Insurance, the Public Appointments Service and Teagasc.

“Our software helps organizations pinpoint and focus diversity and inclusion actions in a more strategic way,” said Sandra Healy, CEO and Founder of inclusio.

“This funding and jobs boost will further help us on our journey of scaling our team and offering our knowledge and expertise to ensure companies can get diversity and inclusion right and ensure that it’s not a tick-box exercise,” Ms Healy said.

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Simon Coveney said inclusio is already seeing international growth and interest in its offering.

“Diversity, inclusion, dignity and respect in the workplace are core elements with which this Government wants to continue to build our economy. inclusio is championing this and will play a leadership role in offering employers tangible technological solutions in this space going forward,” Mr. Coveney said.
