Recent NBA rumors have seen several teams showing interest in Bojan Bogdanovic. With the Detroit Pistons forward emerging as hot property, Marc Stein reported that up to 10 teams could emerge as potential suitors for Bogdanovic.
The Croatian forward has been mentioned in several trade conversations this season. After a surprise move that saw him land with the Detroit Pistons in the offseason, the sharpshooter may still be on the move as we approach the midway mark of the season.
Given his impressive skillset, there has been league-wide interest in his availability in a trade scenario. In this regard, the LA Lakers are one of many teams who have expressed interest in acquiring the forward.
However, according to a recent report by NBA insider Marc Stein, the Detroit Pistons have racked up inquiries from over 10 teams around the league. Stein mentioned this in his Substack when talking about trade rumors.
With specific reference to Bojan Bogdanovic, Stein reported that although the Pistons have expressed their desire to retain the forward, teams still inquire about his availability. Bogdanovic is Detroit’s leading scorer at the moment. While also factoring in Cade Cunningham’s absence, it is easy to understand why the Pistons would want to retain their forward.
However, the Pistons may reportedly still consider certain trade alternatives for Bogdanovic in the future. With an asking price that includes a first round pick, Stein reported that Detroit could still reconsider its stance.
Some of the teams that have expressed their interest in acquiring Bogdanovic include the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns and the Dallas Mavericks. With young playoff-bound teams showing definite interest in the forward, the Pistons may change their stance at some point.

Bojan Bogdanovic may be traded this season
Considering the teams that the forward has been linked to, only a few have the assets to make a package that satisfies Detroit’s demands. The Suns, Hawks and Cavaliers certainly have the pieces to make a move for Bogdanovic.
With particular reference to the Suns, Bojan Bogdanovic could fill a crucial hole in their lineup. With Cam Johnson out due to injury and Jae Crowder sidelined until he’s traded, Phoenix has a shortage at the power forward position. Bogdanovic thus emerges as a solid option for them.
As more teams emerge as potential suitors, Detroit will have to make an important decision regarding the personnel change.
