Tiger Woods — making his third appearance — is teaming up with good friend and World No. 1 Rory McIlroy and will take on the familiar American pairing of Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth in a 12-hole match.

Despite Rory McIlroy’s red-hot form and World No. 1 status, it’s been quite a while since we’ve seen Tiger Woods play (missed the cut at The Open) and he’s most likely the weakest link of the four at the moment. As such, the pairing is listed as a slight +100 underdog.

The Match takes place on Saturday, December 10 at 6:00 pm ET, with live coverage of the event on TNT.
Where is The Match taking place?
The Match takes place at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. The course plays as a Par 70 at up to 7,000 yards and is designed with Donald Ross’ original layout in mind. The course also hosts the Pelican Women’s Championship (Nov. 10-13 this year).
What is the format for The Match?
The format has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be a better ball match play (shamble).
