KANSAS CITY @ INDIANAPOLIS COLTS

Match Center Here

Indy have a new quarterback in Matt Ryan, but with injuries to their receiving corps and questions around their offensive line, they’re in struggletown to start the NFL season.

Kansas City, meanwhile, did a demolition job on the Cardinals in Week 1, then handled the dangerous LA Chargers on Thursday Night Football to kick off Week 2.

They’ll be rested and ready to go to Indy.

  • Jonathan Taylor – all-time TD scorer: $1.66

Taylor has been the lone bright spot for the Colts and Indy will be desperate to get something going early on offense.

While at home, Taylor rumbled into the end zone for at least one TD in each of seven straight games at Lucas Oil Stadium.

He should make that eight in a row.

  • Patrick Mahomes – over 2.5 passing TDs: $2.10

Mahomes has been slicing and dicing so far this season: 5 TDs in their demolition of the Cardinals and then a pair last week against the Chargers imposing defense.

He should do better against Indy’s Gus Bradley-coached defense that he’s had great success against in the past.

Mahomes is 6-1 all-time when facing a Bradley coached defense, nailing a ridiculous 65.2% of his passes for a total of 1,821 yards to go with a wild 17 touchdowns to only two interceptions.

Feels safe to say Mahomes will be slicing and dicing like a Tim Shaw-approved food processor in Indy.

  • Travis Kelce – over 71.5 yards: $1.90

Even without Tyreek Hill on the Chiefs to take some of the receiving pressure, Kelce has still started the season well, going for 121 yards and a TD in week 1 and 51 yards last week.

He’s also recorded over 95 receiving yards in four out of the last five Chiefs games: KC will be looking to get the big fella rolling again.

  • Kansas City – -5.5 points spread: $1.90

It’s a bit of a squirrelly line: giving 5.5 points on the road isn’t ideal, but with Indy not showing much so far this season and the history of Mahomes against this D, they should roll handily.
