edison365, a Marlow-based innovation management software company, has been ranked as the second best small tech company to work for in the UK.
This is according to Great Place to Work UK’s 2022 Best Workplaces in Tech list, which listed edison365 as runner-up out of 140 organizations.
Based on anonymous feedback from employees in the tech industry and now in its fifth year, the 2022 iteration features the largest number of workplaces to date.
edison365 cites a four-day working week as one of the reasons for its strong position. Four day working weeks are gaining increasing traction, as employees commit to maintaining productivity at 100 percent, while working just 80 percent of their weekly hours for 100 percent pay.
