It may be noted that in the Class XII examination of the Board of Secondary Education, an amount of Rs 25,000 will be transferred to the account of students who have secured 75 percent or more marks in the first attempt for purchase of laptops. About 95,000 students are being benefited from this scheme in the state. Chief Minister Chouhan will transfer the amount in the account of the students with a single click. Necessary preparations are being made for the program by the Department of School Education and Tribal Affairs.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that the purpose of this program of Talented Students Promotion Scheme is to motivate and encourage all students including those who have secured more than 75 percent marks. In the programme, groups of students from Bhopal district as well as other districts of the state will take part.

Students across the state will be able to connect with the program through webcast in their schools and other places. Chief Minister Chouhan said that while pursuing education, students are worried about better future while taking admission from school to college, university or other institutions. Students need guidance at such times. To ensure that the students are serious and enthusiastic about higher education and career, communication with them is also a must.

Chief Minister Chouhan gave instructions to Collector Bhopal to ensure seating, drinking water and other arrangements for the students who will be coming to participate in the program to be held at Lal Parade Ground.

Chief Minister Chouhan will address the students along with providing benefits to them under the Talented Students Promotion Scheme. Students as well as parents will listen to his address across the state. Chief Minister Chouhan has been giving guidance to the students from time to time. In this sequence, he had a direct dialogue with the students under the Mama ki Pathshala in the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign last month. Chief Minister Chouhan has also taken classes during Narmada Seva Yatra and other public campaigns in the previous years to encourage the students.
