Eagles LB Haason Reddick wants Carolina to take care of new Panthers RB Miles Sanders

Haason Reddick loved Carolina and Carolina (more so the fans than the organization itself) loved him right back. And now, he’s hoping they have some love for one of their newest acquisitions.

On Wednesday night, the Panthers agreed to terms on a four-year, $25 million deal with running back Miles Sanders. Sanders and Reddick, of course, spent the 2022 campaign in the same locker room—as the Philadelphia Eagles and NFC champions.

So, the former Panther—right after the news broke—made sure to let Carolina know what they got.

Before signing a three-year pact with the Eagles last offseason, Reddick himself had a standout campaign for the Panthers—posting a team-leading 11.0 sacks during his lone season in Carolina. He then shot to stardom in Philly, recording 16.0 sacks and finishing fourth in AP Defensive Player of the Year voting for 2022.

As for Sanders, the 25-year-old back is coming off a sparkling season of his own. He rushed for a career-high 1,269 yards and 11 touchdowns, earning himself his first-ever Pro Bowl selection in the process.

And hopefully, this three-year marriage is a beautiful one and the Panthers won’t eventually have “other plans” for Sanders like they did for Reddick.
