Edmonton Oilers (vs. ARI) ML -283
Despite being massive -267 favorites, the model still thinks the Oilers are worth betting on on Wednesday. The model views Edmonton as -350 favorites and gets a bonus with Connor Ingram starting for the Coyotes. Karel Vejmelka has been excellent for the Coyotes, while Ingram has an .881 SV% in 10 career NHL starts. The Oilers beat up on the Coyotes last year, winning all three meetings while outscoring them 16-to-5.
If -283 is too extreme for you, the Oilers are -118 on the puckline (-1.5). Of their 14 wins this season, seven of them (50%) have come by two-plus goals. Nine of the Coyotes’ 16 losses (56.3%) have come by two-plus goals.
