The Carolina Panthers have embarked on a new era here in 2023, and they may be doing it in style.
As noted by NFL Fashion Advice (@fashion_nfl) on Twitter Friday morning, the Panthers and the Arizona Cardinals are currently the only teams with discounted primary jerseys on the NFL Shop. That could, as the account author suggests, indicate an upcoming uniform redesign this offseason.
If you hop on over to NFLShop.com, the tweet checks out. Oh, and it’s not just the jerseys of the dearly departed Christian McCaffrey, DJ Moore and Sam Darnold that are up for discounted prices. . .
A change would make sense given what the organization has done this year and where it’s headed. Not only have they completely revamped their coaching staff, one headed by Frank Reich, but they’ll also be welcoming in a completely new quarterback from atop the 2023 NFL draft.
So, will the new faces of the franchise lead to a facelift for the franchise? If that’s the case, you may want to wait a few weeks before ordering some fresh Carolina threads.
